Information You Submit
Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the outside provider that supplies results. Our own servers do not retain a copy of those search terms. A message sent to us contains only the details you choose to share, and we use those details to answer you.
Automatic Technical Data
Our hosting service records ordinary server-log details, including IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. Aggregated logs help us maintain the service and learn which resources visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.
How We Use Data
We use this limited information to operate the service, diagnose faults, measure visits, and improve content. We neither sell visitor lists nor create individual user profiles.
Links to Other Websites
Links lead to Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County, California, court, library, and outside search services. Information entered after leaving our pages is controlled by the destination's privacy terms. Sponsored search results are also supplied by an independent company with its own data practices.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Hosting and support vendors process logs for us. Analytics and advertising services may receive the automatic data described above. We may disclose information when valid legal process requires it, but we do not otherwise distribute visitor data.
Data Security and Retention
An encrypted connection protects data in transit. Server logs remain only as long as needed for the uses stated here. Since there are no visitor accounts, we hold no account password or profile for you.

This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
California Privacy Rights
California residents may have access, correction, deletion, and other rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, Cal. Civ. Code ยง 1798.100 et seq., as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. Because we keep little data, a request generally involves checking our contact mailbox and server logs. Use the Contact page to submit one. Public records held by Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County, or California agencies remain under the custodian's control, so correction or removal requests for those records must go to that office.
